   We had frequented Hakkasan Miami location and NYC before it closed and have always received great service and enjoyed the food, so we decided to try out the Vegas location for an intimate dinner after our wedding. Food was great as in the other locations, but service was extremely lacking considering that this was a weeknight. Took over 20 minutes to receive water, the champagne we ordered was out of stock and it took a while to receive a replacement, when you do order the champagne it’s kept in a bucket in your section, but you can expect to wait a while after your glass has emptied for anyone to come back around to refill you. We placed our appetizer orders about an hour before the kitchen closed and told the server that we would like to place entree orders before the kitchen closes and he only came back to the table about 20 minutes after the kitchen closed. We were really excited to celebrate a special occasion, but were not expecting to spend over $600 just to have to go somewhere else for the rest of our dinner because there was not enough staff to handle the volume in the restaurant. We would’ve much rather have spent more and been able to enjoy a full dinner elsewhere.

   The waiter was uninterested and disengaged. He forgot to bring the wine menu do so our appetizers arrived without wine. Our main course arrived even before we were halfway through the appetizers. “A misunderstanding in the kitchen” was the explanation. We found this exceptionally bad with these kind of prices - $138 per person for the Phoenix menu… plus $300 for wine (and the wine prices here are excessive). We liked many things during this dinner, but all in all it was mediocre, due to the staff.

   Exceptional dining experience. We selected both small (4) and a large plate, plus the duck salad for a family of three. The Peking duck bao was beyond amazing and the short ribs were supremely tender and flavorful. The burnt melon cocktail is a must try.

    We had menu for 138$/per person. It worth it!! So delicious!! Honestly, it was best dim sum I ever had and overall the kitchen is on top! Cocktails were also good 🫶🏻

    We ordered a couple shared plates and one large entree for my group of three. The black pepper beef filet was the best by far. Calamari was great too but didn't come with enough sauce. The langoustine was our least favorite...it had an odd flavor profile. I had the Hakka (I think that's what it's called) cocktail and it was yummy but I wouldn't order it again. Our server was wonderful even though we were a tough table...not on purpose but sometimes you know you're being those needy people and I hate that. All in all a great experience, would go back in right circumstance but usually try to eat somewhere new when traveling.

    appetisers were great, as was our waiter although he had too many tables so was pushed for time. We were still eating appetisers when our plates were cleared. Mains very disappointing most dishes under seasoned lacking in flavour particularly the special rice, loads of prawns etc but so oily & flavourless. overall was very disappointed Hakassan in London so very good so so sorry can’t rate highly

    I knew Hakkasan is a very famous restaurant at Las Vegas. So I tried to make a reservation to see how it would be. And I knew it’s very expensive as well even on the Yelp with $$$$ sign. So I tried the tasting menu to see how the food would be. But, it’s impressed me. They would not provide less for the tasting menu, however, we were surprised when we saw the first course-dim sum, they came out really cute and special, the taste were good as well. The last one for the dessert was cute also, little sour with sweet, will not feel overly sweet and give you a little refresh for the whole courses.

    Beautiful atmosphere, service was prompt but I think it was overpriced. Dinner for two with 1 drink and 2 small appetizers was over $200. Not worth the price.

    This was the best Asian cuisine I've ever had! It was magnificent. The Bee Pollen Chicken was exquisite! The Waygu Pumpkin Puffs were a delicious experience. The rice and wontons were also quite delicious. The waitress was pleasant and efficient. I have no complaints.

    We have eaten at Hakkasan Las Vegas many times and always had a fantastic dining experience. Shrimp cocktail (which I love and order every time) smelled fishy and had a weird, different texture. General Tsao chicken (which I will never order again) was hot on outside and cool and possibly undercooked on inside. I assume chicken was pre cooked and frozen or refrigerated, then battered and fried. Our spicy crab rolls were excellent, but rest of meal was so-so. Drinks were excellent, as usual. I just hope we ate there on a bad night and food will be back up to par when we return.
