Having been a hard rock fan for years we were so disappointed with our food last night The portion was plentiful but the food I had was bland dry and lacked any of the usual hard rock taste and enjoyment and my husbands food was bbq based and tasted so vinegary which was unusual The cafe is starting to look drab and dated and the toilets were very grubby For us this will sadly be our last ever visit to this institution

Simply fabulous prawns as a starter - you must try them. One burger (mushroom) was ‘best ever’ but one (legendary) was dry and didn’t hit the brief. We had to find our own server, which is not the normal experience here. However, our bill directed the tip to the server who was allocated rather than the actual server. Also order was incorrectly delivered, though swiftly put right.

It’s always great to see the various different Hard Rock Cafes around the world. Although this one is smaller than some of the others there’s some great memorabilia here. If you like Hard Rock Cafes be sure to go and see this one!

I think the automatic adding of a tip is a disgrace! I will not return until this practice is stopped, it really sticks in my throat, so presumptuous and put customers and staff in an uncomfortable and almost conflict situation. Service was excellent and we left a tip, but that was our choice to make, not yours I hope that you review this policy as in my opinion it is simply wrong!

We've visited many hard rock restaurants including Edinburgh. Whilst we were happy with the quality of the food we were disappointed with the rather restricted menu. The starters and desserts were particularly limited and it looked like a menu during the height of lockdown.

Went to HRC to celebrate Granddaughters 12th birthday and the meal/occassion was a huge success. The HRC team were attentive without being overbearing and made the birthday girl feel so important. The atmosphere,the food and the general vibe of the HRC really hit the mark to mark the celebrations. The server who took care of our table was Basia and she deserves a special mention, she led the whole place in singing happy birthday to our granddaughter. This went down very well with the table .Thank you Basia.

Lovely staff really helpfull. Didn't like the food over priced for chicken and chips. Not great but the atmosphere is good and lots of memorabilia on the walls from the gods of rock. They charge a 10% tip so that adds to your bill.
