I ordered a pasta dish that reported to have fish, prawns and clams. Mine was served without any clams. When I pointed it out to the manager he said they had run out of clams. Ok. I can see that happening. But surely they should have been up front about it. They took $4.00 off a $135.00 bill. White Spot would have done better.

We had a great dinner at the Hart House. Our meals were delicious and beautiful presentation. It was a super busy evening however it was handled very well and it didn't effect service at all. Definitely go back!!

Chef Vazquez did a truly amazing job creating my Roast Chicken Supreme with Gremolata sauce. It was served with the tastiest Cannelloni bean casserole I've ever had. The chorizo sausage and olives were a perfect addition. We ordered the mixed vegetables which were cooked to perfection, crunchy not squishy. The wait staff was attentive and deferential, helpful with dessert decisions. We chose the Sticky Toffee Pudding, which has a definite gingerbread feel. It was lovely. The whole experience at Hart House was inspiring. We'll definitely be back.

The first time I went to Hart House the food was excellent, but each subsequent time I have been steadily disappointed and don't know if I will go back again. The venue is lovely but the food was not in line with the cost. The food was okay but nothing special and worthy of the price.

The Hart House was a great place to conduct an informal business lunch. Our server was very attentive to our table and gave us space. The restaurant was easy to get to, had ample parking and the heritage setting helped make the overall experience memorable.

This time we came here for brunch. Compared to the dinner last time, it was a bit noisy and busy today. We have ordered a Hart House breakfast and a Eggs benedict. The potato pieces were crunchy and delicious. The sausages and the ham were a bit too dry. But overall the ambience and the food are above average.

From walking in the front door to leaving the restaurant, everything was immaculate! The restaurant was cozy and beautiful, server was absolutely amazing, and the food was to die for! 100% would recommend this restaurant, especially for a special night out! P.S - ask for Gabrielle, she was one of the best servers I've ever had!!!!!!!

Bad table location in spite of a specific request ... There was a door to the outside right behind my chair with children coming and going out there. (so, drafty) The table was right beside a window with a view of the lake so that was nice... Noisy table with about 8 people also beside us. Waitress was good.

Lovely restaurant, excellent service (although I felt the waitress was always trying to "sell up"), and delicious meal (had wild mushroom risotto, although $7 per additional scallop seemed a bit steep). Would definitely return.
