   The afternoon tea was a lovely event to celebrate Mother's Day! Food was delicious, and our server, Jacob, was absolutely amazing. He provided an additional sandwich when one had allergies, and even gave us a birthday dish even though the day was in the middle of two birthdays (one late, one early). I would definitely come back again for another high tea :)

   Our experience was terrible - I wrote an email to you already. Food was cold and uninspiring (plates looked lethargic). I asked for medium poached eggs, I got one soft and one hard (I suppose I was meant to mix them!) For the dollar value, I expect a better quality, I could have gotten a better meal from a fast food venue. Very disappointed with the threats of charging my credit card $100 per person to hold my reservation and the follow up call 20 mins before to verify we were on our way and that we were having breakfast (?) The restaurant was not at max capacity when we arrived so I do not understand the pressure that was applied. The waiter had very little information, was slow, and needed support (we had to ask for water for everyone, could not answer basic inquiry questions). We received coffee but no cream (the container was on the table but empty) so we had to wait again. My dad returned his cup because by the time we got the cream, our coffee was cold. All of our food was cold, likely had been sitting around for awhile. Cold eggs Benedict is disgusting. When I cut into mine, milky liquid came out because my eggs were not drained properly after being poached. My late mother's day brunch for my mom was a waste of our time and money in your restaurant. My mom has mobility issues and needed to use the handrails, one waiter pushed beside her and she almost fell over (I am sure he could have waited one minute to allow her to get seated). The mobility access is pathetic and the staff was unaccommodating as they were pushy and rushy. Being that you are the oldest hotel in Edmonton, I am embarrassed to recommend it to visitors.

   Our server was awesome and sweet. The only issue was that as we were seated by the door to the patio, it was very cold because someone that worked there went out to do something and left the door open. It was very cold air being blown on us. I also think it would've been better to have people that wanted to go outside - for whatever reason - use a different door as to not disturb other people dining.

   While the service was excellent, the food (eggs, bacon, potato wedges, toast) was dry (yesterday’s bacon and potatoes warmed?) and plating was not appealing. All for an exorbitant price. I will likely cancel future Mac breakfast meetings and go elsewhere nearby where there are better selections at more reasonable prices and greater imagination in presentation.

    Lovely time, relaxing, beautiful ambiance, loved the ice wine tea. I would have liked slightly more food. There was enough to fill me up, but for $75 I would have liked to be stuffed and have a few leftovers to take home.

    The tea service was delightful. There was more food than we could consume but we were able to take the excess home. Our waiter was attentive. We didn’t feel at all rushed. The entire experience was quite harming. It is a little pricy but as a treat it’s well worth the money.

    It’s a beautiful place, I loved the charm. I was a little disappointed by the food choices. The menu was made up of items I either could not eat or I didn’t want. My husband was happy with the menu and enjoyed his meal. I have celiac disease , I was pretty excited to eat some gluten free bread ,as I have dined at fairmont in Banff and Jasper and the gluten free bread was delicious. Unfortunately the gluten free bread I received was toast. Two slices of white toast…anyway we looked around the beautiful hotel after and that more than made up for my dinner.

    The service was fantastic. The server took time to treat everyone at the table as a special guest, this was especially appreciated by a table of 10 year olds. The birthday treat for the birthday girl was also a nice touch!

    I took my mom there for her birthday and we had the best time! The food was delicious and we were not even able to finish it all because it was so filling. I would highly recommend :)

    The only thing that was a disappointment was the pear dessert! Should have guessed that pears are out of season…lamb shank and the tenderloin were exquisite….the service was impeccable!

    Wife and I went to the Harvest Room tonight for our anniversary dinner. We were not disappointed. Our server was Dew and he was great. Very diligent and attentive. If you are seating in his section, you will be treated very well. The cocktail selection was very nice. Wife had the sangria, an old fashioned and warm alcoholic drink. She enjoyed them all. I had a couple of non-alcoholic mocktails and they were great. We had the scallops, bison tartare, duck and lamb. All excellent. The restaurant gave us a nice little plate of desserts as an anniversary welcome gift. Thanks Fairmont!!! All-in-all, you can't go wrong if you are looking for a nice, romantic dinner out. Dinner for two including drinks $300+tip.

    The waiter Dew was amazing and extremely helpful, the food on the other hand was subpar at best. Myself and my wife were there for Valentine's dinner and shortly after ordering our food I received a phone call stating my son was not feeling well so we asked to have our meals boxed. Upon arriving at home the salad was pretty much absent and the the meals were all packed in the same box so everything was soggy and not appetizing. Needless to say this will be the last time we go to this Fairmont for dinner.

    Food was very tasty! Not very big portions. Service was 3/5 cuz took 40 minutes to get main course and she mixed our dishes up so i ended up eating duck which i dont like.

    The Fairmont never disappoints. We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Harvest Room and they knew exactly how to make our night extra special. The staff was very knowledgeable, the chef was so accommodating and dinner was amazing. Thank you for celebrating another special event with us and making it memorable!

    Lovely service, good selection of wine, menu lacked a salad for starter however our server was quick to arrange one that was delicious. Lovely Christmas ambience. Unfortunately the duck dish was tough but again it was quickly replaced with another main and complimentary soup. Great experience otherwise.
