Drawing inspiration from the dishes of our Filipino, Japanese, Portuguese, Italian, & Polynesian families we serve a unique cuisine in & of its own. Our innovative menu features a combination of smalls and mains allowing you to share with each other the dishes we share with you. Chef de Cuisine Chance Savell and his culinary team prepare this award winning cuisine, which is backed by one of Hawaii’s finest wine & cocktail programs. What we serve at Ka‘ana, we serve from the heart. We source from local farmers, ranchers, & fishermen only putting on a plate what is proper to serve.We have a "No-Show" fee policy of charging $35 per person on reservations that do not come into dine for there reserved dining experience.Please inquire with restaurant about special pre-fixe menus for large parties & holiday reservations.
