Hutong belong to the most special restaurants I have visited in this world. It is the unique combination of Ambiance Chinese Food, gorgeous view and romantic. Whenever I am in Hong Kong I am there even if this has its price. I only recommend especially for women to take a jacket with because the AC coole the temperature very much down. Went there on last Thursday with ex school mates. Good food, excellent service, comfortable ambiance but a bit pricy. Normally go there on business purposes and last Thursday was for friends gathering but it find it worth to go back in all kinds of occasions. Didn’t try the wine because still need to work in the afternoon but I have noticed quite a hood and vast wine collections especially you can have a glass of Ruinart Champaign before the meal. Hong Kong’s Best Location for Burgers and Beers Pique the interest of your taste buds with witty gourmet fare that’s all about the beef. Beef & Liberty is our modern homage to the original beefsteak clubs and, we hope, the best hamburger you will have tried in a while. We proudly serve hormone-free grass-fed beef in our Hong Kong restaurant. Our beef is from Scottish Longhorn cattle, reared in the heart of the Highlands within the Cairngorms National Park on a natural diet of grass and never given hormones or antibiotics. We grind in-house daily, grill it to a pink and juicy medium (or to your preference - just ask) and serve it on a golden bun baked to our own exact recipe. THE HAMBURGER RESTAURANT THAT’S BRINGING THE BEEFSTEAK CLUB INTO THE MODERN AGE The beefsteak club phenomenon is something that most Hong Kong inhabitants are unaware of, but it’s from this 18th century gastronomic culture that we derive our restaurant’s name. Enjoy the enduring pleasure of Hugo’s, one of the most reputable restaurants in town. Originally opened in 1969 and reincarnated at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hugo’s is where classic meets timeless.
Decorated with a suit of armour, ornate mirrors, chandeliers, guns and shield plaques, the restaurant has an array of traditional serving apparatus, including Christofle hors d’oeuvres and dessert trolleys, all presenting a unique and classic European atmosphere.
Guests may delight in the tableside preparation of classic European recipes, while a range of seasonal specialties with a modern touch is available from the show kitchen's open grill. A 12-seat dining room is also available for private gatherings.

Reminiscent of a 1920 Chinese tea house, The Chinese Restaurant offers delicious dim sum and authentic Cantonese delights, including many must-try dishes for guests in town for the first time.
While the a la carte menu serves a range of Cantonese culinary traditions, the restaurant’s seasonal menus will tempt any devoted fan of excellent Chinese fare. In the summer, dishes are light and feature fresh, robust flavours; while rich, warming dishes dominate the winter menu.
The main dining hall of the restaurant is filled with natural sunlight coming in through floor-to-ceiling windows, while two private rooms with eight and 12 seaters are also available, with the former housing a private bar.More
