Alas everything was amazing, except for the frozen butter, can't spread that at all. Please consider changing that. Dimitri preparing our Steak Dianne was a nice touch. Plus the charges don't match the menu. Menu says $70 and $75 on the recepit.

We celebrated my friend’s birthday on that day. It was our first time to go to Iron Gate restaurant. The foods were great & delicious. Our waiter was great & made my friend’s birthday even more special by bringing her an ice cream with the candle & we sang happy birthday to her together. We had a great time! I will definitely will bring my family & friends here. In fact, I will make a reservation this coming September 23 to bring my family to have a great time!

The Iron Gate has been traditionally a go-to source for a time for celebration and this time was no exception. I was a bit taken aback to note that the website menu was dated as of January 2022 and I was fearing spike hike prices. Thankfully, that was not the case. Our appetizers were tasty. Our caesar salad promised to be table prepared was not. The reason is that the place was too busy. And that is the major critique. The facility squeezes in too many tables to meet it demand. We felt crammed. The wait staff did an amazing job under the circumstances. Management might consider opening the bar area to diners to relieve the sardine effect. We'll go back again but it won't be on a busy night at a busy time.

Waiters were outstanding, extremely attentive, very friendly and nice. Food was delicious! But we brought our own wine and still paid $50 tip each and the meal was $600. We can’t afford to go here. There was 4 of us and we both split salads, had steaks and 3 desserts.

Superb cuisine. My veal parmigiana was pushed up an extra step by presenting it not as a filet covered with cheese but three filets rolled and stuffed with cheese. The sauce was also outstanding. The green salad, however, was pedestrian. But the tiramasu was outstanding presented with a puddle of creme anglaise and a bit of chocolate sauce.

The flower Zucchini appetizer was superb. My SandDabs had too much sauce and drowned out the fish a bit but if it hadn't it would have been perfect. My husband was disappointed in the Veal as it was undercooked.

We had a FABULOUS evening! The food s as my wine were exceptional. The wait staff was friendly and catered to our every need. Such a wonderful restaurant. We are so glad that we tried it. The only down-side was the parking. It is such an outstanding restaurant that handicapped parking was hard to find.

My meal at this well established French restaurant was somewhat as expected, dishes with cream sauces and rich food. Crab stuffed squash blossoms were delicious and calamari cooked perfectly! The peppercorn sauce on my steak wonderful. Disappointing were the fairly tasteless same vegetables served with all entrees ordered by four of us. The grand marnier soufflé had lovely consistency but little to no orange flavoring. For the prices I would rather dine somewhere with a more updated menu. Service was exemplary!

We celebrated our Moms 90th at the Iron Gate. This restaurant was a must and favorite. We have not been there in years and I mean years. So many great memories. Even after not going for such a long time it did not disappoint!! Service was impeccable and the food wonderful. We are definitely going back and taking friends!!!

Enjoyed many meals over the last forty years, and am never disappointed. Steak Diane is my favorite, but I also very much enjoy chicken Jerusalem. Crepe Suzette or a souffle for dessert and I'm very happy!

As usual Iron Gate did not disappoint. Our Petrale Sole Almondine & Chilean Sea Bass were delicious. They sang Happy Birthday to me as we received our wonderful Chocolate Soufflé & Bananas Foster. Service was awesome & the semi private room was perfect!

We have been to Iron Gate many, many times and had a fabulous meal. The service is always professional and helpful. This time several of the people in my party were not that impressed with their meal. Even the Grand Mariner for dessert use to be finished table side before serving it and this time it just came ready from the kitchen. It just seemed to have a little more "flare" before and made it more enjoyable. Over all, this is a fabulous restaurant and we love it.

Consistently great service and dinner at the Iron Gate. I got the Rib Eye this time, on the special. Thinner than other cuts I’ve had but not lacking in flavor or serving size. The table side ceasar salad is amazing. Service was attentive but not smothering. The restaurant was slower for a Saturday night, let’s keep the Iron Gate in business and keep them busy during this economically challenging time.

Iron Gate continually impresses!! We were lucky enough to have one of the owners working our table. We chatted for 20 minutes and I learned the history of the restaurant and was impressed that the majority of their staff has worked there 20 years or more. Make sure and get one of the Souffle's or better yet, Cherries Jubilee. They are delicious and always fun to watch the fireworks when being served at the tables. Just an outstanding restaurant with super friendly waiters and waitresses. It's not inexpensive BUT its fabulous and well worth the price for those special occasions. Mike
