Even on a crowded Valentine's Day, everything was made from scratch and delicious. Service started a little slow because of the crowd, but was perfectly paced once started. Atmosphere and noise level were as good as could be expected in such a small space on a busy night.

As always, the food and presentation were perfect. I think the phyllo triangles with fontina were my favorite. Chef Kevin is so creative and thorough in his menu creation. We love ITA101 and will be customers for as long as Chef Kevin is creating delicious dishes.

Went for Valentine's Day dinner and everything was perfect. The black truffle mushroom pasta was to die for and should be a constant on the menu. The young waiter is excellent, I forgot his name. Only complaints are they need more appetizers, the tables are small and the chairs are uncomfortable!

My significant other and I dined at ITA 101 for their Valentine's Day 4 course dinner. Each course was small enough so as not to stuff you before you got to desert. The theme was chocolate, and having dined there before, I knew we wouldn't be disappointed. ITA is short for "Italian", so although I couldn't necessarily identify every ingredient, our waitress (Morgan) was extremely helpful in describing everything. Each course contained the ingredient chocolate, which was amazing. The chocolate did not overpower any other ingredient, and the flavors were marvelous. My favorite course was the filet mignon involtini. As usual, the chef did not disappoint. And even though they were busy since it was Valentine's Day, the service was very good and prompt.

Once again a wonderful meal, the octopus starter was fantastic, duck leg out of this world and the pistachio with basil gelato took me around the moon! Thank you for a great dining experience.

The food was amazing. Kevin never disappoints. Our server was Patrick and he was awesome. We started with the mushroom soup and ricotta cavatelli with sausage. Our main entrees were chocolate boar ragu and delicately stuffed ravioli. We shared the pistachio torte for dessert.

Creative cuisine and combinations done impeccably. Cozy, friendly atmosphere and BYOB. Have been back here many times to celebrate small occasions and for wonderful dinners with family. Don't mind driving here from Philadelphia at all. Highly recommend checking this place out, especially the Sunday tasting menus.

Second time here....kinda disappointed. Had a reservation for four and were sat on time. Apps were dreadful....the oysters and buffalo mozzarella just didn’t work together. Also had a pasta appetizer which was very salty. Only on Salad on the menu and for $7 is was not worth it. The beef short ribs were very good but one of our diners got chicken which was over cooked and bland. There was a lady carrying a baby who was delivering food...kinda took away from the experience as that’s the last thing you want to see when paying for an exquisite meal. This will be our last time as there are much better options in the area and in Collingswood.

Every aspect of the meal was delightful. Our server was exceptional; friendly, highly skilled and very informed about the menu. The food was exactly as described and prepared with attention to detail. Most important, the pacing of each course was absolutely perfect. My guest and I were allowed to enjoy a delicious meal without being constantly interrupted. Finally the pricing was very reasonable.

Love your food. We brought friends for the first time. They also enjoyed the food, especially because it’s not the usual fare. We would dine with you more often but it’s a bit pricey. The service was excellent. We’ll return but unfortunately not as frequently as we would like!

We waited 25 minutes past our scheduled time to be seated but the staff promptly informed us that the chef would be sending out a complementary appetizer because of the long wait. We were scheduled for dinner at 8:15 but did not order until after 9pm and several items were no longer available. They have a limited menu so it made our choices even more limited. Despite this... the food was great, tasty and worth waiting for. I will try again and probably schedule an earlier time.

The oyster soup was average in taste and texture, the salad was under seasoned. The fish stew, the fish was a bit over cooked.
The Chicken with Beet Gnocchi was excellent, although when I wanted some grated cheese on my Gnocchi the waiter did not like my request and actually made me taste the food first. It was great but I’m not 13 and I happen to enjoy the salty taste of grated Parmesan on any and all pasta. The Ricotta pie (and I love Ricotta anything) was average.

We tried ITA 101 on a whim seeing good reviews on OpenTable and BYOB. Food was excellent! Very happy with our choice. My brother was in from California and restaurant owner himself. Very happy. Not much on ambiance and could be loud, but service and food were worth the trip. We'll be back!!

An osso bucco to die for. And the oyster appetizer was superb.

Kudos to Chef Kevin.

Well worth the 45 minute drive.
