Jonathan's Ristorante - Huntington Village Ratings and Reviews
Wonderful meal. Excellent service
Early Valentine’s Day dinner. Sea bass was amazing. Staff is always great.
My husband and I came to Jonathan’s for an early Valentine’s Day dinner and had an amazing g time. the ambiance , the food, and our server mike, were outstanding!! Totally recommend this restaurant
Been there many time and love it
Went a few weeks ago and very much enjoyed the food and ambiance. This time food was only so-so.
Wonderful restaurant. Food is amazing. However had a reservation booked 10 days prior and was given a table next to the bar. Extremely loud. People who book in advance should be given a priority in the back of the restaurant where it is much quieter.
Jonathan's has always been at the top of my personal list of best restaurants in Huntington! I once had less than stellar service, but this time more than made up for that bad experience. Our server was very professional, warm, and accommodating! The rose wine we ordered was wonderful!
We are long-time Huntington residents and in a town known for excellent eating places, Jonathan's is our favorite. The menu is varied and the standard items are consistently great.
Prices are in keeping with the quality of the fare but the drink p;rices are up there.
I recommend it highly.
We waited 45 minutes for a table past our reservation time. The restaurant did not make any concessions on our meal, but did apologize several times.
Great food, nicely presented. Very attentive server. Overall a very pleasant dinner...will definitely return.
Fish dish OK
Wines over priced. $14.00 a glass when I know that the wine I selected is going for $14.67 a bottle.
Food was delicious - great wine list. On the pricier side for Huntington but not unreasonable.
Very mature crowd.
Service was very good apart from the bartenders who ignored new guests at a full bar while carrying on a private conversation. Once we were seated and ordered from the table, we finally got our cocktails - which were very well made. Nice balance on the jalapeño cucumber martini.
Tuna tartare app was a highlight - duck entree was delicious. Desserts were okay, bread pudding slightly better than the tiramisu.
Always and excellent meal and great service. Been several Tim,es and it never disappoints.
Jonathan’s doesn’t disappoint. Lovely restaurant week menu. Delicious from appetizer to dessert. Nice deal on bottles of wine. The service was very good.
Great service and a great time with friends during restaurant week
I always have a great meal at Jonathan’s! Excellent food and service.
We went for restaurant week and it was outstanding! The service was great and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back!
Excellent service and food as ,as always, amazing
Terrific food. Great service. Beautiful ambience. They should get a patent on it.
Jonathan's never disappoints. It has had a consistency over the years for fine dining, excellent and reasonably priced wine list and always a good meal. Their Restaurant Week dinner selection was a great value.
Food very good as was service. Noise level got really loud. No need for people to scream at one another instead of having a normal conversation.
I’ve eaten there before and was satisfied however this last past experience was horrible steak was called the lobster didn’t come with the entire dish that was on the menu they seem to be out of everything we wanted terrible probably won’t go back
Excellent meal. Double cut port chop awesome! Great value on Sunday with 30% off bottles of wine. Very pleasant experience .
Our favorite for over 15 years !
Always exceptional service and good quality !
Menue chaînes seasonally and thé food is consistently good. One of my favorite Huntington restaurants.
Everything was great. Lexy was very helpful with the menu and wine list
Wonderful cozy atmosphere when you walk in. Bartenders serve a delicious cold martini. Waitress service prompt as soon as we sat down, offering more drinks and an extensive wine menu. We had a few questions as to different wines and our waitress was well informed and knowledgeable and was able to suggest a delicious wine and at the holiday time all their wines were 30% off. Specials were offered along with regular menu food. I had a special - linguini with lobster and corn, it was really delicious and would have it again. We did not have desert - too full. Great restaurant - have never been dissappointed.
Excellent food and service... very busy restaurant so a Huntington favorite. Bread was superb and Creme brûlée was perfect.
Building's heat wasn't working. We were told that it was fixed but it was incredibly cold while we were there. Kept waiting for it to come back on. Should have been alerted before we got there.
The restaurant had no heat, while it was 20 outside, and failed to inform us when we entered. We were told they had just turned the heat on; later we were told it was broken (after we had ordered). It was quite cold inside. No apologies, no discount offered. The food was decent but despite very few customers the service was slow and indifferent. We tried to hurry through the meal, foiled by the slow service, and leave.
Everything was great - food, wine, service. Busy Christmas Eve night but seated in a reasonable amount of time.
Will definitely return - bar area where seated gets a bit noisy so will have to keep that in mind for future.
Exemplary dining experience! Perfectly prepared dishes, excellent presentation, friendly and attentive service.
Alex is wonderful and our server was excellent!!
Great food, excellent service. Alex the manager helped us to pick a great wine. Our server, Bastian, was very professional. Always enjoy our dinner here.
Even though there was a large holiday party we were seated in a quiet section & service was very attentive. The wine list here is great, value for money on superb Tuscan wines. Frito misty was crisp and well seasoned, burrata creamy, past bright & delicious, bistecca with herbed fries was on point. Altogether a very enjoyable meal.
Awesome service, food and bartenders
We love Jonathan’s. The food and service is always top notch!! Only problem is that the reservation is rarely honored on Saturday night (or busy). Meaning we had a 8:15 reservation and weren’t seated until 9pm.
Made a 8pm reservation on a Saturday, didn’t get to sit until 8:40. No excuse or apology from mgt. we basically had to tell waitress that round of drinks was on the house. Not sure was was the deal but we weren’t the only ones. Saw a few couples walk out. Don’t know what was the issue but it looked like they knew how to take a reservation, but not know how to hold a reservation. Sad
