The Holloran Winery Pinot Noir is a blend of Pinot noir from two distinguished estate vineyards - 60% Dundee Hills Le Pavillon, planted in 1974, and 40% La Chenaie from Eola Amity Hills, hence it is a true Willamette Valley Pinot noir. The initial impression is pure fruit - wild raspberry and blackberry. Deep and rich, hints of apple mint and fresh turned earth emerge with time. The microclimates of the Sonoma Coast AVA include the western portion of Carneros and the Petaluma Gap.
