    Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen in Las Vegas delivered one of the best dining experiences we’ve had on the Strip. We ordered his signature trio — the pan‑seared scallops, the Beef Wellington, and the sticky toffee pudding — and every dish was exceptional. The scallops were buttery and perfectly seared, the Wellington lived up to the hype with its tender beef and crisp pastry, and the sticky toffee pudding was rich, warm, and absolutely unforgettable. Our server, Megan, was fabulous! Even the Old Fashioned we ordered was the best we’ve ever had. From start to finish, the meal was flawless. Highly recommended.

    We were promptly seated with an excellent view of the Bellagio, so pretty. The restaurant is very nice and classy inside. Service was great, quick and very helpful. The food is amazing and we enjoy several items on the menu. Our server was outstanding.
