I ordered the prime rib and it was absolutely fantastic, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and easily one of the best meals I’ve had in Saltillo. The specialty drinks were just as impressive and expertly made. The service was outstanding all night. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made the entire experience feel elevated without being overdone. Even on a Thursday night, the atmosphere was amazing. They had a live band playing and they were awesome, it really brought the whole place to life and made for a great evening. If you’re looking for a restaurant with great food, excellent drinks, top-tier service, and a fun atmosphere, Caprivi Saltillo is definitely worth visiting. — Caprivi Saltillo nos dio una experiencia increíble de principio a fin. Pedí el prime rib y estuvo absolutamente espectacular, perfectamente cocinado, lleno de sabor y fácilmente una de las mejores comidas que he probado en Saltillo. Las bebidas de especialidad también estuvieron impresionantes y muy bien preparadas. El servicio fue excelente toda la noche. El personal fue atento, amable y logró que toda la experiencia se sintiera especial sin exagerar. Incluso siendo jueves, el ambiente estaba increíble. It’s disappointing to see guests wearing baseball caps and attire that feels out of place in a refined setting. If we wanted that kind of atmosphere, we would go to an Applebee’s or similar chain.
