Simply superb- one unique flavor profile after another with expert presentation. Many exceptional vegetarian options though we could have eaten the roasted chicken with truffle sauce for days. It was a spectacular evening with very gracious and attentive service.

Jax is our favorite seafood restaurant since we moved to Colorado 2 yrs ago. We live in Erie and will drive to Boulder just for their delicious seafood chowder 😋. We always have a very pleasant experience with the staff/service, drinks, and of course the delicious food! We have enjoyed everything we have ever ordered, from raw bar to cooked! Highly recommend 👍🏽

Hapa Sushi is always our go-to for sushi. The food is consistently great! The waitperson was terrific! He was very attentive even though he was taking care of the bar as well. Sorry I do not remember his name. Dark hair, beard and a great upbeat attitude.

First time here & hope to come back. Server was fantastic & gave phenomenal suggestions that we took. We loved everything - I closing their extensive (and not overpriced) mocktail list!!

Awesome experience sat outside on the patio great place to chat and converse with old friends. Service was exceptional and we really enjoyed the food over all a great night.
