    We had a lovely evening with wonderful service and amazing ambience. Our waitress was a real pro and the hostess honored our request for a special table. They provided complimentary dessert for the table since we were celebrating 2 birthdays and an anniversary. We will most definitely return.

    6 of us dined to celebrate a birthday. We had a pleasant experience. Food choices were plentiful and priced competitively. It was loud (as it typically is). We had requested a “quiet” table in the back dining area but that room was booked with a private party. The restaurant was busy and the service a bit slow. No complaints. Everything was fine. We are happy Coopers Hawk has a location in the Lansing area and intend to continue to support the restaurant.

    This was the best dining experience I have had in at least 3 years. Captain Jack Sparrow was our server and he was incredible. Friendly, funny, on top of all we asked for and made us feel like he was there for us. So many servers and restaurants have been settling for crap service with no apologies. This is the only restaurant in Jackson that I have had a good experience with and I will only dine here from now on when I want a night out.
