Restaurants near Casibari Rock Formations

This maybe my new #1 in Aruba. Definitely top 2. Ambiance was nice with live good music. It is pricey, but worth at least one night on a weekly trip. The food presentation was delightful and the food was prepared as close to perfection as I have seen in Aruba. The staff were friendly. This is one of the few restaurant’s that have realized air flow is key to the dining experience in Aruba at an enclosed restaurant. I highly recommend eating here at least one time.

Aruba is an island for foodies and at great prices and AZAR didn’t let us down on either one. Everything we ate was bursting with flavor!!! Apps: lettuce short rib tacos, roasted octopus best I have ever had and I have had it in over 100 restaurants one in Maui that I go to every year that I thought no one could ever make It better but I was “WRONG”, roasted feta that explodes with flavors you have never tasted before when you eat it. Dinner: I had the short rib and my wife had the Watashee Rice and both again bursting with flavor! Dessert: I had the coconut crème caramel and my wife the grilled fruit and bacon. Both outstanding and I ate her last 2 grilled pears and wow woody flavor that just blew my mind. Tables around us constantly using the word delicious again and again. Again a lot of great restaurants in Aruba but I will be back to AZAR next visit. Thank you for a superb culinary experience.

Outstanding dining experience at the Lima Bistro. Service was top notch, setting was intimate, and most importantly food was superb. Had the grilled tuna and flank steak. Shared the cauliflower appetizer. The tuna was served seared to perfection with a sauce similar to sweet chili, Japanese fried rice and cucumber salad. The flank steak was served med rare with an anticucho sauce and grilled romaine. All three dishes were expertly plated and the taste was 10 out of 10. Had the French toast with vanilla ice cream for dessert. A truly exceptional dining experience!

Staff was excellent. Food was amazing. Drinks outstanding. Roland was our server and he took great care of us and Jason made amazing drinks. Bravo the entire experience.
