Good food. Could certainly do with more staff given the number of tables they are rushing through.

There's no such thing as a bad meal at the Penninsula Hotel, but the Imasa Japanese **restaurant** was excellent. We took advantage of the buffet which offered excellent value for money.

It was a very pleasant dining experience in a classic environment. Food and service were excellent. Main course was outstanding. Only one thing can be better is the dessert.
