By far the best service I've ever received, coming from someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years. I took my 2.5-year-old baby (yes, terrible twos!), and not only did they ensure the ambiance was suitable, they also ensured she was pampered by proactively tailoring her needs, like bringing her food before anything else, proactively bringing her easy-to-use chopsticks, and putting her drink in a plastic cup with a lid and straw. The food was superb; we celebrated Mother's Day, and my wife loves Japanese food. I'm not a big fan, but omg, everything was delicious. We're definitely coming back once my baby girl is 3 years old to use the kids' area.

Casa Prime in Puerto Vallarta is a MUST go-to spot if you enjoy great service and even better food! The portions are extremely generous, the drinks are creative and well balanced and every member of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We definitely recommend Casa Prime to any and all PV visitors!!
