We also had the duck with noodles which was good but needed a bit more noodles. Although not busy the service was slower But great when you could get their attention . We're a couple in our early 60s, and although I had said that a high table downstairs was no problem, the staff led us to a table upstairs. We were surrounded by family groups with young children, and it could not be described as either fun or romantic. We had planned to celebrate the new year with a meal and a cocktail or two and the environment we found ourselves in led us to leave as soon as we'd finished our mains. What a pity!
