Service was prompt and the food was good. Steak sandwich was good ( not too salty), would get salad rather than fries though, Mai tai was okay. Celebrity figures were seated around for picture taking. They were so kind as to provide glasses of bubbles for our anniversary. Fun stop after touring all day.

We have been to Shirley Brasserie several times and truly love it. The food, drinks and service are seriously top notch with a well rounded, French leaning menu. The restaurant is decorated in classic Hollywood vibes and is situated in the lobby of the famed Roosevelt Hotel. Cocktails were delicious and the bread was warm and fresh baked. For food we had: Charcuterie cheese board, the Shirley salad, a special, fall salad of persimmons and leeks, steak tatare, duck breast, French fries and brussel sprouts. Everything was prepared with super fresh ingredients and the flavors were all perfect. Unfortunately we were too full to eat dessert so the chocolate mousse will have to wait until the next time we are there....probably in a couple weeks. Add this to your list of Hollywood favorite restaurants and thank me later.

Lovey afternoon tea. The scones could have been softer. The chocolates were a nice addition.
