We had the best experience for our first visit. Sean was our server and he was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable throughout our entire reservation. The overall service from the entire staff was excellent and we so appreciated that as we had someone consistently checking in- the sommelier made wonderful recommendations as well! Every dish was amazing, we started with the lamb neck charcuterie, beets and raviolis! We split the steak frites New York cut as well as the asparagus and it was perfect- to die for! We were so full but Sean was so kind and generous he brought out the birthday girl a complimentary ice cream bite with a candle! We can’t wait to return and try more of the menu, we will absolutely be asking to be seated with Sean again too!

I wish I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars. Everything was phenomenal! The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all top notch. We were in town on vacation and all the locals said this was the place place for a good steak. I was able to make us a reservation for counter seating. I was initially disappointed that I couldn't get a reservation for a table but it turned out to be in our favour to get the counter seating. We were seated in front of the main kitchen area and I think this made the experience even better for us. To watch the precision of the chefs in mesmerising. They have incredibly high standards and it shows. My husband and I split a wedge salad for an appetiser and also opted for the bread service. The rolls were warm, buttery, and delicious. The salad was so good, I regretted splitting one with my husband, and not ordering one just for myself. We both ordered filet's which were cooked to perfection. Just writing about the flavors is making my mouth melt! The mashed potatoes and asparagus were also seasoned and cooked perfectly. For dessert we ordered chocolate chip bread pudding and let me tell you...yum!!! Melts in your mouth. The staff is amazing and our server was so friendly, attentive, and informative. The ambience is classy and elegant. This is a perfect place for a date night or special occasion. My only complaint is this restaurant is located on the other side of the country from me. I'm jealous of the locals that get to experience this restaurant on a regular basis. We were told there is second location in Denver but that's still a plane ride for us. Open one in Chicago please!!!!!

Always perfect. Always laid back and chill to the point that you never feel rushed. Time passes slower here. The tuna on rice waffles was a 10/10 also!
