    We really enjoyed the Crow’s Nest. Went there to celebrate our Anniversary while living up here seasonally. Great views of the surrounding mountains and Cook Inlet. Our service was great as everyone was very attentive. We enjoyed the fried olive appetizer to start. Both of us had salads and then on to the Black Cod dish for my wife and I had apparently what is one of their mainstays in the pork chop. It was a very large serving that is very tasty. Finished off the night with the Bananas Foster prepared table side. It lived up to the hype we had heard. Had a great booth in the quieter part of the restaurant.

    We had the BEST fresh halibut entrees! So flavorful and FRESH! Our waiter, Dominic, was helpful and provided excellent service. The wine and dessert (pistachio cake) were perfect. Whenever I’m in Anchorage, I come to Orso.
