Caroline's Table is a unique farm to table restaurant in the heart of the Eastern Shore. Chef Ken Zellers sources locally grown and harvested seafood, proteins and vegetables and works magic to elevate them into a memorable dining experience. The restaurant is housed in a historic building that has been lovingly restored. It was formally the town doctors house with his office in a small adjacent building. In addition to the main restaurant, THE SIDEBAR is located in the small building and serves up more casual fare including house made sourdough pizzas, fresh soups, salads and unique charcuterie boards. Reservations are encouraged for Caroline's Table and can be made by calling/texting the restaurant directly at 410-490-4495.     We have not been to Bonz in awhile. We use to go at least once a month. After Covid things were still not where they use to be in food quality. But this time everything was back to normal. We had a steak that was moist and flavorful. Best steak we have had in years. Thank you Bonz.

    Absolutely loved our experience here! We went to celebrate my birthday and knew to expect a wonderful experience but the team really went above and beyond to welcome us, thank me for spending my birthday with the Salt Air team, and every dish from appetizer to dessert was just incredible. We also really enjoyed the wine list & crafted cocktails (the Hanky Panky is a must have for bourbon fans!) and our toddler ate a generous portion of the “catch of the day” entree from the children’s menu. Can’t wait to go back again soon!!

    We were with a party of 6. From the moment the excellent bread was set on our table until the “carry out” containers were filled….our meal was outstanding. Chicken parm was the clear favorite with night left for another meal. The salmon too was a huge hit. Calamari and bang bang shrimp also flavorful and large portions. Brussel sprouts were the only appetizer we were just a bit disappointed with. A little thick and difficult to chew. We will absolutely be back!

    My wife and I had a 4:30 PM reservation so we could try the price fix menu. Our appetizers, Caesar salad and oysters Rockefeller were excellent. The filet mignon entrées were perfect medium rare. My Pinot Noir and wife's old-fashioned were well-made with happy hour prices. Dessert was a delicious crème brûlée cheesecake. Our service was very pleasant and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and dining experience. I highly recommend the price fix $35 meal.

    Great upscale restaurant and an excellent value! Excellent service. Great cocktails. Food was outstanding. From apps to dessert everything was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Perfect for a special occasion. I was tempted not to share how good it is…. Afraid it will make it hard for us to get reservations. I imagine it will always be booked up… no matter the time of year. Get your reservations early.
