- MMary RoseNew Orleans / Louisiana •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe enjoyed the restaurant immensely. Two of us had the Trout/Cast Iron Classic. We felt that the flavor was perfect. The bacon enhanced the trout and did not overpower it. A third person had the 1858 Barbecue trout. Three of us tasted it and thought the sauce was uniquely flavorful. A fourth person enjoyed the Red Bird chicken. There were several other appealing entrees on the menu that we would like to try next time. The service was great and the staff friendly. Two in our part were having a birthday so we were treated to desert. The deserts we chose were the peach Cream Puff and chocolate Bomb. A pleasant evening and we would return.More infoRestaurant 1858Price: Very Expensive• American• Colorado Springs•4.5

- GGilroyDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoAlways a great experience when we visit 21 steak! Manager has great energy and cares about customers. As well as our server took great care of us. Very thankful for their anniversary card to us and complementary dessert for our wedding anniversary dinner. Yes some will say it’s little pricey but you definitely pay for the quality. If you haven’t tried the prime burger it is a must, that bacon jam really gives that burger a good twist. My wife’s favorite is always Doc’s flight.More infoTwenty One SteakPrice: Expensive• Steak• Pueblo•4.7
