Best breakfast in town. The date glazed bacon should be tasted by everyone. It was by far the best bacon I’ve had in the world. Incredible service, and the view looking at the fountains was just the icing on top. We will certainly be back. Thank you!

From the moment we walked into Hell's Kitchen Las Vegas, we knew we were in for something special. What we didn't expect was to have one of the finest dining experiences we've ever had. Every single dish was extraordinary. The shrimp cocktail was incredibly fresh, the seared scallops were perfectly cooked with amazing flavor, the Beef Wellington absolutely lived up to its legendary reputation, and the braised short rib was so tender it practically melted with every bite. We finished with the sticky toffee pudding, and it's easy to see why so many people rave about it—it was the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. The Smoke on the Boulevard cocktail deserves its own standing ovation. Beautifully crafted, perfectly balanced, and every bit as memorable as the food itself. What truly elevated the evening, though, was the service. Our server, Michael, was nothing short of exceptional. His professionalism, knowledge, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm made us feel like honored guests from the moment we sat down. He anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive, offered outstanding recommendations, and made the entire experience feel effortless. Every member of the staff we encountered was equally welcoming and attentive, creating a level of hospitality that is rarely experienced. The timing was flawless. Before we had even taken more than a couple of sips of our whiskey, the next course arrived. The pacing was so seamless that the evening flowed effortlessly from one incredible dish to the next. The atmosphere was everything you'd hope Hell's Kitchen would be—energetic, elegant, exciting, and immersive without ever feeling overwhelming. Every detail reflected a commitment to excellence. Fine dining is about more than incredible food—it's about creating memories. Hell's Kitchen Las Vegas exceeded every expectation and delivered an experience we'll be talking about for years to come. Such a great dinner. They did not rush so we were able to enjoy ourselves. Everybody was amazing. From the second we walked in the door everyone was so kind. Homemade pasta, amazing. Everything, simply wonderful!! Thank you so much!!!
