    We were a group of four eating in the bar area on a Friday evening at the Kingsport, TN location.. Our server, Brittany, was excellent. Our food and beverages were served in a timely manner and all orders were delicious. We have eaten at The Chop House dozens of times and the service and food quality has been outstanding 99% of the time. What few times the food quality was not up to par, The Chop House management took care of the problem to our satisfaction.

    This is the best place to go on a date night in the Tri-Cities. Eaten here twice trying out different dishes and it did not disappoint. From the appetizers and steaks to the delicious desserts, my family and I love this place and will be coming back.

    Food was wonderful. The chicken pot pie is large enough for two and is delicious. Most of the surfaces are “hard” so the sound bounces quite a bit and makes it a little loud. Overall, great time. We will be back!

    Always a delicious experience. The seasonally changing menu contained delicious items and the restaurant offers a full complement of both cocktails and non alcoholic choices as well. Breakfast is delicious as well

    On this occasion, all was just perfect! The seafood buffet (which begins as 5:00 on Friday nights and a reservation is essential) was awesome. Every salad item was fresh! The oysters, Snow crab legs and pill and eat shrimp (yes they are deveined and large) were perfect. My hats off to the chef and staff. Our table was well served and we never ran out of tea. Also, the desserts were so good. We will be returning.
