- HHelenMalta •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWe visited as a hen party group and were absolutely delighted with our experience from start to finish. One of our friends has coeliac disease and even the smallest amount of cross-contamination can make her extremely unwell. We had informed the restaurant in advance, but the level of care, understanding, and professionalism shown by the team was truly exceptional. Our head waiter went above and beyond to ensure she was fully catered for, taking the time to explain the allergen procedures in place and reassuring us throughout the evening. We were particularly impressed to learn that the chef was creating a contamination-free workspace specifically for her meal. Having a dedicated section of the menu for severe allergens also gave us tremendous confidence. What made the evening even more special was how wonderfully the team looked after our bride-to-be. As a hen party, we wanted her to feel celebrated, spoiled, and special and the staff absolutely delivered. They struck the perfect balance between being attentive and allowing us to enjoy our evening together, making the occasion feel truly memorable. Every member of staff was polite, warm, attentive and incredibly professional. The service exceeded all expectations, the atmosphere was fantastic and the entire group felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Thank you for helping create such a wonderful celebration. You not only made dining out feel completely safe for someone with severe coeliac disease, but you also made our bride feel incredibly special on an important occasion. We would highly recommend this restaurant and cannot wait to return.More infoThe Ivy Montpellier Brasserie, Cheltenham££££• British• Cheltenham•4.5
