    All the parts of our meals here tonight were exquisite. The rack of lamb with sweet potato as sweet as a desert, the perfectly cooked and assembled pasta dishes, and the scallop antipasto, a party in the mouth. Our waiter was understanding and helpful, taking care of our table and helping us navigate the menu for a picky eater in our party.

    Everything was delightful. The drinks were fun, and they accommodated substitutions. The empanadas and ceviche to start were delectible and so fresh. The duck entree was one of the best ducks I have ever had. And the apple tort... perfect finish. Only downside... it was very noisy.

    We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and had a great experience. It was fun to be at the chef’s table. Chef Casey gave us complimentary limoncello spritzes and a caviar appetizer. Fun to watch Craig and the other chefs cook. Daniel encouraged me to try a new cocktail. Good food and overall fun dining experience.

    I recently visited Esperanza in Paso Robles and overall had a really nice experience. The property is beautiful and has such a relaxing, well-designed atmosphere. There was a DJ playing during part of the evening, which made it a little harder to have a conversation at times, but the live music definitely added a fun, lively energy to the space. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything felt clean and well cared for. Great spot if you’re looking for a mix of relaxation and a vibrant environment.
