    As requested, to provide my comments regarding Restaurant 23. I can honestly say that every visit to Restaurant 23 has been an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrive, the level of service, professionalism, and hospitality consistently exceeds expectations. Manager Raúl, along with Marco, Alejandra, and the entire wait staff, represent an outstanding team that clearly takes pride in delivering first-class customer service. It is evident that significant effort has been invested in building and training this team. While some employees transitioned from Restaurant 19, the preparation and leadership provided for Restaurant 23 have been remarkable. Their professionalism, attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to guest satisfaction are immediately noticeable and truly appreciated. I have brought several guests to Restaurant 23 who had never previously visited Jamul, and every one of them left extremely impressed with the overall experience. The service consistently goes above and beyond, creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere. In fact, I recently spoke with one of those guests, and he shared that he plans to return with his family to dine at the restaurant and spend additional time at the casino because of the positive experience he had. Based on both my personal experiences and the feedback from the guests I have introduced to Restaurant 23, I can confidently say the restaurant is doing a phenomenal job. The team has created an environment that reflects excellence in customer service, professionalism, and hospitality.
