Our story: The StockHouse is result of four people with an avid love of good food, good times & good value. Having both eaten out and working in various establishments both in Ireland and abroad, and having spoken about opening our own restaurant on many a night out it finally came to be when Mick and Orla approached Tom and Carmel about the possibility of opening a place of our own. They had been watching the building for quite a while and when it became available they decided to act and so our partnership was formed and StockHouse was born....

    We booked for an extremely busy night they had a charity event in house, hotel where kind enough to contact us in advance to explain the bar would be extremely busy so we were able to adjust our dinner time to suit. Staff are exceptional in this hotel

    I booked this restaurant just by chance, i was looking for somewhere nice for date night with my wife and i have to say what a great choice it was. I would describe this as a dining experience, something that you have to experience to really appreciate the amount of work that is put into every last morsel of food. We have being talking about it a lot and have made plans to book again but next time we are bringing friends so they can enjoy what we did. Thanks so much Dave
