We seek to know the source of each ingredient and choose direct from farmer & grower, wild, and organic whenever possible. To do this, we source our menu from many different suppliers. We are a scratch kitchen where our prep, dressings, spreads, crackers, dough, pastries, sauces, and desserts are all made in-house. Reservations are highly encouraged for dinner service. Brunch is walk-in only.     Atlas Fare was an unexpected culinary experience in the best possible way. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully curated, from the atmosphere to the service and, most importantly, the food. It’s rare to find a restaurant that genuinely surprises you, but Atlas Fare exceeded expectations at every turn. Wenatchee is fortunate to have a restaurant of this caliber. I left impressed and already looking forward to my next visit. Cannot wait to come back!

    As usual I find that eating at Velveteen is a very unique experience of dining at the highest level. The menu changes every month, offering exotic food choices created with the perfect blending of spices, sauces, and cooking techniques. Velveteen is a special gift to Wenatchee. You need to plan to go at least once. You won't regret the adventure.

    It was a quiet evening and a lovely special occasion dinner. French onion soup was outstanding. We have had good experiences before and this was as well. The prime rib dip sandwich was the best I’ve ever had! This is a beautiful setting for a table for two or for a large group. I give it 5 stars for sure!
