This naturally sustainable approach allows for innovative, yet familiar dishes that highlight the seasonal availability of what’s grown and raised in Texas. Amazing experience! The food is fresh, pasta made in house, very flavorful. The staff are very nice and professional. Our server was Messina - she is outstanding! She described several of the dishes for us, marked up a menu with vegetarian and vegan options, and made fantastic recommendations for both food and drink. We had the malfadine pasta with pesto, carrots and squash. It’s life changing. The bucatini was a hit, as well as the pizza. The truffles are a wonder - small bites of heaven. Do yourself a favor and go here - you will have a great meal and a great experience!

Wow! This was my husband’s and my first time at Red Ash and it was perfect. We sat upstairs with a fun view of the kitchen. Our waiter, Miles, was a STAR. He offered exceptional service throughout dinner and made us feel so well-taken care of. We got 4 different dishes and didn’t finish a single plate and he promptly packed everything for us in to-go containers throughout the night. We will be looking for Red Ash’s next availability ASAP. This is our new top fave spot in Austin!

BBQ was great! recommend you make a reservation so you can walk in and make an order sit down. It beats waiting in line, which was at least a good 30-45 minutes when we went on Saturday morning. The mac and cheese and brisket were the best imo. I did like the house BBQ. I wish they were selling it to go; I would have taken a bottle to go.
