- KKimberlyGoldLas Vegas •25 reviews5.0Dined on Apr 23, 2026If you’re looking for a place that turns dinner into an experience, The Melting Pot in Spokane absolutely delivers. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality set the tone. Trisha at the front greeted us like we were regulars, and that level of warmth carried through the entire team. Cambrea behind the bar was a standout—she crafted some seriously impressive cocktails and made the experience even more fun (bonus points for bonding over Seahawks football—always a good sign when you find a fellow 12 in the wild). Ryan, our server, struck that perfect balance of attentive without hovering, he was fun to chat with which always makes for an entertaining time, and Kendall, the operating manager, was clearly leading a team that genuinely enjoys what they do. The biggest proof point? We went back two nights in a row. The food is where things really get dangerous—in the best way. The French onion cheese fondue was incredible the first night, but somehow they outdid themselves with the loaded baked potato cheese fondue the next. If you think you have a favorite, give it one more round—you may be surprised. The teriyaki steak is a non-negotiable for us at this point; it’s consistently excellent and worth building your entire meal around. And then there’s dessert. The turtle chocolate fondue is a classic for a reason—rich, indulgent, and hard to share—but we mixed it up the second night because the menu makes you want to try everything. No regrets there either. Night two we leaned into happy hour for both cheese and chocolate (a strategy I highly recommend), and again, everything hit. Great food, great drinks, and a team that makes you feel like you belong there. Bottom line: this isn’t just a “special occasion” spot—it’s a “why aren’t we here more often?” kind of place. If you go once, don’t be surprised if you’re already planning your next visit before you leave.More infoMelting Pot - Spokane$$$$• Fondue• Spokane•4.5
