Nines is an unfussy neighborhood spot focused on quality food and drink, excellent service, comfort, and ease. The cooking references the Riviera (both the French and Italian) and the farms that surround this neighborhood, centering the kitchen's wood oven.     The wait staff is very attentive and the atmosphere is very intimate. The traditional Eastern European music added to the ambience while still being able to enjoy quiet conversation. We recommend for a date night and we are happy we went!

    From start to finish, American Bounty was exceptional! We had a memorable lunch at American Bounty. The staff was great - very relaxed as we had some of our guests arrive late. The food? Really delicious and beautifully plated. We would highly recommend a visit to the CIA and hope to be back there soon.

    As always, the food was amazing, both in quality and presentation. The service as impeccable and the servers were superb. I would not hesitate to recommend this unique and highly regarded restaurant to all who want an excellent dining experience and wish to support the next generation of chefs.

    Everything was exceptional from the moment we walked in, thanks to a very welcoming and accommodating staff. We sat at the bar and were well looked after. The meal was perfectly executed, served in an understated and well-curated atmosphere. It is easily on par with, or better than, anything else we’ve encountered in Hudson. We are very much looking forward to returning!
