Set in the centre of the main street of the historic market town of Clitheroe, the Swan and Royal in a former coaching inn dating back to the 1830s.In its earlier years as a hostelry, it boasts guests both famous and some say infamous, in the local area and throughout the country. After the fire, the Swan and Royal has undergone a major refurbishment, keeping its original character and still making it a warm and friendly place to eat and drink.
