    Canyon Kitchen is one of our favorite restaurants! Our server, Alina, was outstanding last night! She made sure we were well taken care of and Ed, the chef, delivered a superb meal!! Every morsel was delectable! We also love the new spaces that enhance the enjoyment of the beautiful view!

    We enjoyed our anniversary dinner- the wine and drinks were great, the caviar was exceptional, and our ribeye and pasta entrees were delicious. Service was great, we especially enjoyed the breads and the roses at our table were a special touch. We will be back!
