Restaurants near Osthoff Resort

This was our first time eating here and everything was beyond wonderful from the food to the service. Going out to eat with a one year-old can be very intimidating and nerve-racking, and the staff here made it seem like it was just another lunch and was very conscious of not putting hot food in front of our little one or making sure that he was comfortable as well our server went above and beyond!

As always, we had outstanding service, and the meal was so good. So was our dessert. Our waitress was right on top of things and she did a wonderful job. She made us feel welcome. I love eating there, it is my favorite to go place.

What a great find! Staying at nearby The American Club, this caught our attention (full disclosure: we fly several times each year to cities solely for wine dinners at favorite restaurants) with a good-looking menu and fair price points. We booked and immediately upon arriving realized it was a good choice. Wonderful setting and while service was on the slow side, we weren't in any hurry. Food was extremely well-plated, fair portions and most importantly, tasted terrific. To try more varieties we asked for, and received, a flight and our server very nicely brought us her favorite as a smaller sample (she was right)./ Of the 4 wines, 2 were very good, 1 was fine and 1 tasted good by itself but did not pair with our food choices so much though the blend should have. But that's a HOF W-L record and the food insures a first ballot entry.

Our service was outstanding! Our food was very good! It has beautiful views of Elkhart Lake.

The food was outstanding. The wait staff was attentive but not hovering. My family felt comfortable and welcomed; we were able to relax and have a wonderful brunch. The piano was a nice touch.
