    My second visit. This was one of the best meals I've ever had. Im so impressed with all the layers of flavor every dish had. We had the tasting menu which I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed. Looking forward to experience the fresh and creative dishes again and again.

    This was our first time back to the Attic Restaurant in quite a while. There was a brilliant clássical guitarist playing on the stage and the restaurant was quite busy. Our waiter was attentive and amiable. The food was well presented (clam chowder was sent back because it was served cold- fresh bowl served hot-delicious). We will be going back soon—this was a delightful outing at Salishan.

    We went on a very wet Monday with no one else in the place. The attendant was very helpful and full of information about the wines and spirits available. He helped us pick a choice for each of us. Then he went off to make our Meltdown sandwiches while we enjoyed the wine. The sandwiches were fabulous too. We walked out feeling like it was a perfect experience despite the weather.
