    What can I say…. This was anticipated for months before we made the booking and drive up to Perth so we had plenty of time to read the reviews and the menu and MATE…was it worth the wait. This place is insanely good. Like 11/10 for flavour, tenderness, variety, hospitality, ambience etc. From the minute you walk in until you crawl out deep in a smoked meat coma, Third Wave hits it out of the park.
