A Maui mainstay, Tiffany’s has been in business for over two decades and has gained a very loyal following. The revamped menu features true “Hawai’i Classics,” which include a strong focus on Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Filipino, and Portuguese flavors - the true food of Hawai’i, and the diverse cuisine that Sheldon has become an ambassador for in recent years. The pair also owns and operates Tin Roof in Kahului, where they serve innovative, local lunch-style dishes in take-out bowls.

Bistro Casanova offers Mediterranean fare, its roots coming from the Cinque Terre in Italy where the owner comes from. Its menu reaches some classic of the European cuisine: Paella for two, Cioppino, Focaccias, Grigliata plates of grilled meat or fish large enough to share, prime cuts of steaks are between the favorites, next to an excellent selection of pastas and fresh salads. Locally grown ingredients are used extensively, as well as the freshest fish from Maui's ocean.     Locals out for dinner. It was cloudy but did not rain. The sausage appetizer and dinner were just what we were looking for. the service was excellent. We love the garden.

    Last day in Hawaii and we wanted to eat within a few miles of the airport. Decided to give 808 in Old Town a try. We had a great time. Food, atmosphere, service and prices were great. The restaurant was quiet while we were there, which we appreciated, but it was early in relation to the typical dinner busy hours. I had the Poke Bowl and my husband enjoyed the Mahi Mahi tacos. We would recommend both dishes and this restaurant.
