My fiance and I really enjoyed the environment, we both live in Maryland and we agree that we would drive back or fly back for the dinner. The halibut and corn chowder with the spinach was wonderful. He had the lemon risotto and scallops and he's in love with Martha Stewart. The most exciting thing was the bread basket because I am a bread lover it was to die for absolutely sinful but good.

We really enjoyed our meal and the overall experience at Rosa Mexicano. I had the duck carnitas tacos which were flavorful and delicious. My partner had the Cobb salad with vinaigrette dressing which he enjoyed. We shared a flan and ordered chicken tortilla soup to take home. Our servicer, Monica was kind and thoughtful and made the experience truly enjoyable. We will make plans to return soon.
