Leonard Wilfred Davies, born 19 December 1906, started a butcher's dynasty now four generations old.     Excellent service from very friendly and helpful staff, with very tasty well presented meals. Roast beef Sunday lunch and the grilled swordfish were both very enjoyable along with the generously portioned desserts. Well appointed and comfortable environment. If we are passing that way again we will certainly return.

    We both had halloumi burger which was tasty, very filling and good value. The service was very good despite it being a busy time. Staff were all very pleasant and polite. It was a warm evening but we sat inside and it was a nice tempeta. Half the inside tables were occupied but it was nice and quiet. We have eaten here before and would go again,
