Rumi was a 13th-century Persian poet whose words and life teach us how to find inner peace, happiness and love. The Hamilton is a very good restaurant! The menu has a large selection. The service is wonderful. It can become a bit noisy because it is a large restaurant. The food is delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed ourselves immensely!

We LOVE Zatinya - the food and even the cocktails don't disappoint. My only criticism is that last night, given my reservation reflected that it was my birthday and the host even mentioned it - I was surprised to be shown to what is probably the worst table in the restaurant - basically between the entrance to the very busy bar and the front door - zero ambiance or good vibe. However when we requested a change, since we agreed to wait, the host was great and we got a MUCH better table ---the birthday celebration dinner was perfect in the end.

We met at the Old Ebbitt 35 years ago, so it only seemed befitting that we returned there for our 35th anniversary dinner. Everything was impeccable as always. Food is delicious, service is on point and the atmosphere is fabulous. We’ve been there often over the years and it’s truly a “must do” while in DC!
