Restaurants near Saint Petersburg Public Library

I am not very familiar with the restaurant options in St. Pete and I was searching for a place to celebrate my boyfriend’s 40th birthday. Parkshore was a recommendation so I gambled. This place is outstanding in every facet. From the friendly, pleasant service from start to finish and down to the last morsel of food we had. We ordered the mussels as an appetizer and we both agreed they were the best mussels we’ve had. Just everything was fantastic and delicious. Yes, it’s on the higher end of prices but really for the value, it’s on par with a restaurant of its caliber. I was excited to wake up to leftover filet as my breakfast. Highly recommend Parkshore

The service and food for Thanksgiving were phenomenal. This was the best Thanksgiving dinner we've had at restaurants in many years. The turkey was moist and delicious, the traditional and not so traditional sides were excellent, and the appetizers were top drawer. The venue is excellent (we sat outside under an umbrella) with clever battery-powered "beenie hat" revolving wings to keep the pesky bees away, and they worked, surprisingly well! All in all, we can not wait to return for another meal. The interior space is excellent, and the adjoining bar has a separate ambiance we can not wait to try.

I would give this place a 20 out of 5 if it would let me. This may have been the best meal of my life. Stunning environment and wonderful food. I highly recommend it.

the dining evening was great except what others had said that their wine list is full of not having many available choices except a few reds at $70 plus or a few whites that are vinho verde and not still wine. but we had house wines that were very good and priced right.

Overall it was a good time. 3 of the 4 liked their meals. The kitchen was a bit slow where the fish was overcooked was the only hard food complaint. Two appetizers were both good. A was also surprised by the reservation card requirement. Wanted to try something new and fun and it seemed like it would be maybe later in the night. Certainly the hurricane recovery seemed to be a factor as well, the already limited menu was even more limited. Might try another time later in the night.
