    The El Fante Museum offered a lovely dining experience overall. I had the duck confit, which was delicious, flavorful, tender, and definitely the highlight of the meal. My friend ordered the steak, and it was prepared well and cooked nicely. The only drawback was that the garnish and side vegetables left much to be desired and did not quite match the quality of the main dishes. However, paired with a nice bottle of red wine, the meal was still very enjoyable. Overall, it was a good dining experience with strong entrées and a pleasant atmosphere.

    The food is fabulous and ambiance is charming. The location is on one of those narrow ancient pedestrian only streets. Our waiter was trying to upscale on wine to the most expensive bottle and it clearly felt like up selling. Then after an hour he brought us the bill and asked us to leave because people were waiting for the table. This behavior just doesn't happen in Valencia. Perhaps this rushing is because it is the beginning of Las Fallas on a Saturday. I highly recommend this place
