Great "newish" operator-owned steak house. The decor is an old school vibe for 2025. Great service. Don't skimp on the bread pre-meal or dessert. Their pastry chef is - well you have to taste it to believe how good it is. Free valet parking is appreciated for this Downtown local. Killer bar. Live Jazz band on Thursdays (I believe). Go. You will enjoy.

We recently dined at Strat Hotel Casino & Tower, top of the world and it was nothing short of exceptional! The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection, with every dish bursting with flavor and presented beautifully. The service was equally impressive – attentive, friendly, and professional from start to finish. The icing on the cake was the spectacular view. Whether you’re enjoying a romantic evening or a gathering with friends, the ambiance created by the breathtaking scenery elevates the entire experience. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food, outstanding service, and a setting that leaves you in awe. Can’t wait to return.

Staying at the Strat for the weekend. They got me right in at my reservation time. Sat at the bar and Frank was amazing!! I highly recommend the Heart of the Dragon. My entree was the Char Sui fried rice and it was HUGE. Definitely enough for 2. I have eaten 3 times and looks like I haven’t touched it. There are slices of pork on top and lots of smaller pieces mixed in. The decor is a little quirky but the place is cozy and has separate spaces for more intimate dining. Nice little hidden gem in the land of wings, burgers and steaks. I will be back to try more of the dishes. Thanks
