Excellent food and service, great energetic vibe. Fun night

All the Carmine restaurants are excellent. We had a fabulous lunch and our server. Matt was exceptional.

Once again, the staff shone. Super-helpful service, food at the top of the pile (so to speak). Management that listens to customers and makes things better. Go there, you'll not be disappointed.

La Mar was an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is vibrant, upscale, and energetic while still feeling warm and welcoming. Every dish was beautifully presented and incredibly fresh — especially the ceviche, which was some of the best I’ve had. The flavors were layered, bright, and authentic without feeling overly heavy. The seafood quality really stands out, and the cocktails were equally impressive. Service was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely hospitable throughout the evening. This is the kind of restaurant that feels perfect for both a special occasion and a memorable night out with friends. Highly recommend if you appreciate elevated Peruvian cuisine, fresh seafood, and a sophisticated but lively dining experience.

Amazing experience. Food was incredible, some of the best sushi I've ever had in my whole life. Chef Takai is very friendly and I love eating at his counter.
