The meal was an absolute delight—creative dishes, impeccable service, and a beautifully curated ambiance that could give some top LA spots a run for their money. That said, the internal heat in the kitchen could be better managed because it was hard to miss the team’s nervous energy about the chef and his style which feels very Ramsey-esque and ruling through fear not motivation. A little less fear, and this spot would be worth the price…which was high for the remoteness factor.

This is a must go to restaurant in Zion. Food, service and atmosphere were exceptional! We had the pleasure of eating outside where the view of the mountains was stunning! Highly recommend this restaurant.

Compliments to the Chef!!!!! Chef Jason Clark is a 5-star chef with a 10-star personality! Since my wife loves cooking and cooking shows, I thought it would be nice to ask our waiter if the chef would speak with her. Chef Jason was kind, generous, professional, and very personable. He spent a good 10 minutes with us talking about the menu, doting on his staff, and sharing the history behind the restaurant's origin. Everything we ordered was 5-star quality. I HIGHLY recommend the duck; it was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and served with a delicious polenta sauce. The homemade desserts were excellent as well. I especially recommend the Matcha Crème Brûlée—if it's still available! The staff was also top-notch. We requested a booth when making our reservation through the OpenTable app, and we were given the best corner booth in the restaurant. My only criticism would be the restaurant's ambiance. It is not on par with the quality of the food. The Advenire should consider redesigning the restaurant to better match the quality of Chef Jason's menu. Also, our table was still wet from being cleaned before we were seated, so I had to wipe it dry myself. I'll conclude with this famous movie quote: "I'll be back!"

We love steak houses and this was one of the best we have been too! Utah beef filet mignons were delicious and the berry salad was excellent. Our side dish, was a very inventive take on the Brussels, you do need to try them. Our waiter, Ben I believe was on point, unobtrusive and very helpful.

Great food and excellent service. Taste and quality of the food was outstanding. Fair price. Noise is a tad louder than I would like but not bad.
