Chandler’s opened it’s doors in December of 1999 behind the historical Symons General Store building. It’s a cozy place with only 50 seats in the main dining room & 10 seats at the bar. When real estate is too tough to find - it’s standing room only! For a change of scenery, guests can enjoy dining in the wine cellar where they are surrounded by the 4,000 bottle collection that serves both the restaurant and Symons General Store.     It was my fiancé and I’s first time, and it was incredible! The food was spot on and Mary, our server, was excellent! She had great recommendations and catered to us well. We sat on the covered patio and the view of the water was beautiful. Our anniversary was that much more special, thanks to Boathouse.

    Had dinner only. Great atmosphere. Great service. Everyone was very welcoming. The food was delicious. Had the wedge salad (it’s shareable, but don’t-it’s that good!), walleye, almond cake. Highly recommend.

    The steak bites and French onion soup were amazing. Happy Hour is 5-7 every day and has a good a choice of drinks and apps. And you can't beat the view.
