    I was worried that the new chef at Tria would not be as good as the previous one but that was not the case. They have managed to get a great new Chef who has kept most of the prior menu while doing the salmon, which I had, in a new way and it was quite tasty. There is also a new variant of the whitefish available and a new steak tips item. The great art display is only around 100 feet away and so be sure to check it out. The only down side is that we went on a Saturday night with two wedding events and so the bar was noisy due to the large number of people there since it is at the front of Tria. Normally, Tria is much quieter and so just avoid times with big events. Based upon our many experiences, Tria is the best restaurant within a 25 mile radius. Dean

    The food was delicious and it wasn't just eggs and toast. I had trout, my wife had a beautiful parfait. Frida was out server and she made our anniversary breakfast special.
