Our reviews had over 47 million views last year. We do not get paid we just love to eat and have fun. We really loved Hyde Park. It is in the largest hotel in Daytona but it is one of the best places to eat in the county. Steak is their reputation, but we had a party of 8 and we ordered almost everything on the menu and it was awesome top to bottom. I had the 36 day dry aged bone in Ribeye. It was 26 oz of pure heaven. They use some sort of light sauce on the steak which really makes it wonderful. Easily in the top 3 steaks I have had all time. The roasted cream corn pancetta is to die for as is the calamari appetizer which has a smoky barbecue flavor. My buddy had the chicken Milanese and he said it was the best ever. Dessert are all fantastic. Warm butter cake was thrilling and the bourbon bread pudding was really good. The flaming bananas foster was excellent as well. We will be back again for sure. We also had them cater our holiday party last year and it was all super good. Everyone raved about it all. Check out all of our reviews. This was my birthday brunch and everything was perfect! Exceptional service, delicious food and drinks and a lovely atmosphere. It was our first time dining at Rose Villa and I was completely pleased with my experience. Mollie was an excellent server and was so helpful with making our choices.

Alisa (spelling?) was an exceptional server. She was very attentive and helpful with menu choices. The food was very good. We will go back!

Oh this place deserves more than five star! We were party of 3 and all of our entree came out to perfection. Well aged steak grilled with Smoky flavor just melt in your mouth and Mahi Mahi was flaky with crab morsels on top to die for! We have dined in other white linen well known steak house and their steak puts to shame! Our waitress was well informed and her service was impeccable. We will definitely return soon!!

We had fabulous food and great service. We all four decided that we’d stick with/wine or beer next time, not cocktails based on our experience.
